Tally Hub collects information needed to operate a paid expense tracking workspace, including name, email, phone number, workspace name, order details, expense data, categories, budgets, receipts uploaded by users, support messages, and account activity.
We use this information to provide software access, maintain workspace records, process payments, respond to support requests, protect against fraud and card testing, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not store full credit card numbers or card security codes. Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Stripe may collect transactional data, device data, cookies, and similar information for payment processing, fraud detection, authentication, analytics, and service improvement. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Workspace data is visible only to authenticated users assigned to that workspace. Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where required by law.
